Prescriptions
Prescriptions must be sent by registered post or registered courier (signature on delivery). If you are not home then Australia Post will leave a card that allows you to collect your parcel at the named post office on the card. The courier will also leave a card asking you to ring to arrange delivery.

Under Australian law we need to have the physical prescription in our possession before we can process it and return it and your medication to you. That is why the best option is to let us keep your prescription on our file.
