All clients purchasing CPAP machines online must have a valid, current, CPAP prescription from a qualified Australian respiratory specialist. We need the prescription faxed or scanned and e-mailed to us so that we can ‘set’ your machine to the required settings. All online sales must receive at least one initial face to face consultation from our technicians to ensure that your CPAP machine is functioning as it should and that you know how to use the machine and that any associated equipment such as masks are functioning correctly. All further subsequent consultations will incur a phone consultation charge.

Conditions for PayPlan 1, Maximum payment period is 36 months 2, Dishonoured payment fee is $25 3. Processing fee is 2% of the purchase price per month. An extra $2.50 per payment applies if you want fortnightly payments 4. If you are NOT tghe owner of the account then we also need the bank account owner to approve the withdrawals 5. Notice of any change needs to be at least 7 days away from your next payment 6. PayPlan is a hire purchase arrangement and ownership does not transfer until debt is fully paid.
